1️⃣ Are your bags authentic?

✅ Yes! All our bags are 100% authentic and undergo a rigorous authentication process before being listed for sale.

2️⃣ What condition are the bags in?

Our collection consists of pre-owned and vintage luxury bags that are carefully inspected and graded. Each product listing includes detailed descriptions and high-quality photos, so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

3️⃣ Do the bags come with original packaging?

Each listing specifies what’s included. Some bags come with original dust bags, authenticity cards, and boxes, while others may only include the bag itself. Please check the product description before purchasing.

4️⃣ Do you offer a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?

Yes! For select high-end bags, you can request a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for an additional fee. Contact us before purchasing at bangsnovia4@hotmail.com.

🔟 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey.

1️⃣1️⃣ Do I have to pay customs fees?

International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes depending on their country’s regulations. HautePurse is not responsible for these additional charges.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

1️⃣2️⃣ Can I return a bag if I change my mind?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy, provided that:
✅ The item is unused and in original condition
✅ All authenticity cards, dust bags, and packaging are included
✅ The buyer covers return shipping costs, unless the item is defective

1️⃣3️⃣ How do I start a return?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
